At no point (even after being received by our servers) is your data ever decrypted. You can opt to select your own encryption key which means that even we cannot access your data - only you can.
Privacy - Access to our servers is heavily restricted, only one person has regular access to it. With that said, if you have opted to select your own key, nobody can access your data - even with physical access to the servers.
Location - Your data does not leave the country. Our servers and staff are all located in Ontario; the key benefit to this being that your data is protected by our privacy laws.
